I went through the course with Maria and it was a super fun time. Everything was easily understandable and she explained everything very well. Definitely choose Maria as your instructor as she is super easy going and explains everything perfectly.

Dr. Adel was great, very energetic and the class went really smoothly as well.

Scott's First Responder Recert absolutely exceeded my expectations. I am a relatively new Athletic Therapist who was looking for my first recert and didn't know what to expect from a recert that wasn't led by an athletic therapist. Scott was able to make the class engaging, was able to challenge each of us individually based on our strengths and weakness, helped me learn to really "own" the leadership role in responding, and brought along a strong sense of humour that kept me engaged. Scott was able to provide extra advice from having worked in the field and was able to help me refine specific techniques such as D.I.Y Tourniquets. Scott has a passion for helping to produce competent responders and it shows through his work, preparation, and adaptability. Highly Recommend!

Great course and loved the attention to details , our instructor Kelly always asked if we understood and was not hesitant to answer questions to clarify, thanks for Sharing your story Kelly, it was clear you have a genuine care for people in general, it was a pleasure to be in your class.

Our instructor, Chuck, was extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. He used really helpful videos, personal connections, and anecdotes from his experiences, which made the session really engaging. We all left our session feeling positive and empowered. Thanks for everything, Chuck!

I've had 2 courses at this location - one with Ali and one with Kia - with both courses being very in-depth and informative, while still being very fun and engaging over several hours thanks to the instructors being both knowledgeable and entertaining with their presentation styles. Highly recommended.

FYI - Each course ends with an online test, so make sure you have a phone and remember the information you used to sign up for the course to avoid being locked out.

The training was provided by instructor Sharon board who did a very thorough job of presenting the material. She answered lots of questions thoroughly and was able to help us relate to various emergency situations through her own experience.

I have amazing experience with coast2coast. Instructor Dimitrih was very polite and helping and experienced. I recommend their course.

EZZ 55678 was very detailed and patient.

Ezz was great! He was a top notch instructor despite having hip pain. Made the course enjoyable, engaging, and left us very good nuggets of information that I will always remember. My only feedback for this program is not with the instructor, but with the company. I wanted to cancel a class that I had booked with three weeks notice and was told I would be charged $35. I think that policy makes sense with a last minute cancelation but not within a three week notice.
Something to consider to ensure customer satisfaction.
