I had a great experience with my First Aid and CPR instructor adel . He explained everything very clearly and made the class engaging and easy to understand. The hands-on practice helped build my confidence in responding to real emergencies. The instructor was patient, knowledgeable, and encouraged everyone to ask questions. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to learn First Aid and CPR.

For the in-person session, Hassan was outstanding—engaging, practical, and thorough. He reinforced the online material, used realistic scenarios, and answered every question with patience and clarity. I also reached out by email before and after the course for minor items, and both times the responses were prompt, courteous, and helpful—never made to feel like my questions were an inconvenience.

Couldn’t ask for more. I’m confident in the skills I learned and look forward to working with Coast2Coast again. Highly recommend for both individuals and organizations.

I came for the standard cpr training and coming from someone who can’t focus very well. I was able to stay engaged in the lesson for all 8 hours. Hassan was my instructor/trainer and he was awesome. Made the class laugh and have a good time while still teaching everyone what they needed to know. Would recommend going to him.

I had a great experience attending the Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C class today with instructor AHAMED ELSAID. The way he explains everything is very clear and interesting, which makes the class easy to understand and engaging. He pays close attention to how each of us practices CPR and carefully observes our performance to make sure we are doing everything correctly whether it is bandaging, applying a tourniquet, or proper body positioning. He is very supportive, patient, and encouraging, which creates a comfortable and positive learning environment. He is also a dentist, which adds to his strong healthcare knowledge and confidence while teaching. Overall, it was a very informative and positive experience, and I’m glad I attended his class.

He was respectful, approachable, and kept the energy light, which made the learning environment comfortable and enjoyable. I recently had the opportunity to train with Coast2Coast, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience! The trainer Dimitrih Lafleur was an absolute gem - a pleasant and well-thought-out gentleman with a warm and engaging presence. His gentle yet confident approach made me feel at ease, even when tackling challenging topics as a first timer.

What really stood out was his ability to break down complex concepts into easily digestible bits, making it easy for me to grasp and apply the material. I was amazed at how much I learned, and I'm thrilled to say that I got the best out of the training!

Even though I had no prior knowledge in some areas, he was able to present the material in a way that was fresh and engaging, and I appreciated his patience and willingness to answer all my questions. His bit of puffy and gesture attitude really helped to keep me engaged and motivated throughout the training. Smiling in delight, he asked while I was demonstrating CPR, if I needed coffee or a donut, trying to gauge if I would be distracted. I fell for it deliberately to get my anxiety out
